Leadership

Born in the capitol city of Accra, Ghana, Jim was raised at the Village of Hope in Gomoa Fetteh. He attended senior high school in Cape Coast and continued his education at Valley View University in Accra, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a diploma in Database Management. Jim’s work experience in leadership includes one year of national service at a senior high school as well as serving as headmaster of a private basic school (K-8 grades). Jim is passionate about sharing the good news of the transforming power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. As Director of Chosen Seed, Jim oversees and coordinates the daily operations and promotes the success of Chosen Seed. 

Selorm was born in Ho, Volta Region of Ghana. He attended senior high school in Kpando and continued his education at the University of Cape Coast, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Selorm has 17 years of pastoral work experience and is passionate to see youth succeed and come to know and love Jesus Christ. He is married and has 5 children. Selorm loves reading, music, listening to the Word of God, and watching soccer. As Operations Manager of Chosen Seed, Selorm is responsible for leading all pastoral care and ensuring the efficiency of daily operations.
